The GOLDEN GLOBE RACE was born in 1968 as the first non-stop solo circumnavigation race. Now, the Golden Globe Race is back to the calendar and Venturi projects would like you to meet ALEIX SELLES: the skipper who is going to show us around the preparation and will undertake the toughest regatta.
On this journey we are going to share the inspiration and the motivation from the preparation up to the race.
Using all the natural power resources to sail a 11m cruising boat around the world, over 30.000 nautical miles non-stop. The skipper will be self-sufficient for the full regatta from technical decisions, reparations, sailing gear, all the way to food and medical assistance.
